2025 Storage Rates:

• 6 Month Lease – $1300     

• Vehicles 18ft Plus- $1350 

• 12 Month Lease – $1700    

 

6 Month Leases are prepaid in full ( No refunds and No transfers to 12 month lease.)

Vehicles will not be accessible from December through March. 

Vehicles will be charged a daily rate of $8.00 after lease expires.

 

12 Month Lease – A new Storage Contract must be signed prior to lease start date.

• Month To Month Lease – $250 

Month to month is not available from September through March.
