2023 Storage Rates:

• 6 Month Lease – $1100     

• Vehicles 18ft Plus- $1160 

• 12 Month Lease – $1600   

• Vehicles 18ft Plus – $1660 

6 Month Leases are prepaid in full ( No refunds and No transfers to 12 month lease.) 

12 Month Lease – A new Storage Contract must be signed prior to lease start date.

Vehicles will not be accessible from December through March. 

Vehicles will be charged a daily rate of $7.00 after lease expires.

• Month To Month Lease – $200 Monthly

Please Note:  Month to month not available from September through March.

Storage space will not be reserved without $100 down payment.
